Low hour 2019 will only go 55mph

Hi all, I am a new side by side owner and bought a used 2019 commander with 20 hours on it. I have cleaned the clutches, changed the belt, changed the air filter, and I am using the performance key but it still tops out at 55mph! Any suggestions?
